Dr. Matthew Landry recieved his PhD in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin in 2019. He is currently a research scientist and dietetic intern at UT-Austin. His research is focused on examining overall dietary quality and composition of a healthful diet on obesity, metabolic syndrome, and risk factors for chronic diseases and the utilization of novel, dietary interventions as conduits to promote health and reduce health inequalities at the population level.
